Wow, the malls are looking a lot like Christmas!!!  …and the season would not be complete without an updated family picture!  Love you guys ~ you’re beautiful!   ~B~

~lots of layers~

with the cooler weather it is a lot more fun to dress in lots of layers.  I love the outfits on these kids….stylish/colorful/warm….my favorite combinations.  A very good use of layers! ~B~

~…a little bit of everything all in one~

This amazing couple was so accommodating that I guess mother nature wanted to put them to the test.  This photo session had a bit of everything…..some sun…..some snow….then some rain….then lots of wind….and more snow….and finally we ended with a bit of a blizzard.  It was down right colder than cold!  Thanks for being so great & sticking it out in the freezing conditions…and who knew that there was a bit of fall colors in our part of the province…..thanks to my great friend Rhonda for being such a great location finder!  ~B~

~one year~

Oh my gosh….I cannot believe a year has gone by already!  It only seems not to long ago that I was photographing her moms maternity session. …Leah, You sure are a cute little one year old……Have a wonderful 1st birthday!  ~B~

~never give up~

I was not sure if the weather would cooperate but things worked out after all.  Each scheduled shoot it would snow or rain.  After five attempts I thought they would give up, but I am so happy that they didn’t.  Although it was very chilly and super windy we all managed to think warm thoughts and to look like we were actually enjoying the Saskatchewan “fall” season. ~B~

~Shoes~

Now this looks like trouble….(l0l)…a girl that starts out with this many pairs of shoes is going to be needing lots more closet space.   This little one is so precious and such a girly !  Love it!  ON another note, I am glad to be back after a wonderful workshop (more details to come soon)…working hard,  trying to get my fall sessions complete ~ .  Have a great weekend! ~B~

I am thankful for my wonderful children & husband, I am thankful for my family, I am thankful for my friends and to have 2 professions that I love, I am thankful for the warm days in September, but I would also be thankful for a couple nice weeks in October to photograph some families without freezing in snow storms (lol)….just throwing it out there….  Happy Thanksgiving weekend…try and stay warm! ~B~
